Are there any tools out there to analyze how much my competitor is paying per click on Google adwords?

I would try using Keyword Spy. There's a free and paid option but for all intents and purposes, the free will do just fine. It will give you a broad rundown on what keywords your competitor is bidding on, what they're paying, how many consecutive days the ad has run and the roi.

spyfu.com comes to mind. there is a "free" version. Not sure how acurate the data is and if it will get you what you are looking for but it may be worth a try.

Are any of these tools accurate? I'm used a few free ones to get this data. I wasn't sure so I did a test run and asked my friend, it didn't seem correct. I don't know about any of the paid services though.

You can find CPC when you toggle "Columns" in Google's free keyword tool.

Go to Google keywords tool and type in your competitors website there.
It will show what all keywords he is targetting and at what CPC.. [Check the average cpc option in the coloumns to display..

Check out semrush, it's cheaper than spyfu and keywordspy, and it's also have a free version, and semrush data should quite accurate, as the source of it is GKT.
