My questions is already mentioned in the title. In fact I know that I can get backlinks from keyword rich domains by purchasing one portion of the homepage or by reciprocal links. But is there any more way to get backlinks from keyword rich domains?

There is no benefit of linking to keyword rich domain than linking to authority sites. Instead of waste valuable time posting links to keyword rich domain you are better off getting links from a highly regarded site by the search engine.
