Default Link Strength/Link Worth/Link Value Calculator?

Anyone know of a tool that can calculate the strength/worth/value that certain links give to a site? I want to get a list of backlinks for the page who is currently at #1 for the keyword I'm targeting. Then I want to calculate the total value that those links send to that page. That way, I can better devise a plan to build backlinks to my site that will have more total link value than my competition at #1, thereby enabling me to take over that top spot. Anybody?

Chris,

SEOmoz Pro (Open Site Explorer) has features like that. They have a trial period so give it a crack and see if the metrics are what you're after.

MajesticSEO is another which I've heard has a better backlink database but lacks the extra layer of analysis that SEOmoz has with their proprietry metrics.

This is one I stumbled across that I want to give a try: Tour » Link Research Tools
It isn't cheap but looks like the ducks guts!

Because if there is a more efficient way of doing something it can save you both time and money. Often you don't need a stack of links, just a wise selection of quality links. Different niches also react to different types of links so a bit of planning can help a lot.

Thanks Troy, I appreciate it. I'll tell you what though - it's pretty hard trying to find another high PR homepage backlink service as inexpensive as yours. I can't wait for you to bring out another network!
