Default Checking if URLs are indexed

Hi guys every month we go through a list of URLs we have built as part of our link building efforts (articles, web 2.0 sites etc) and we manually copy them into Google to see if they are indexed and then we bookmark those that haven't been indexed and do the same thing next month until they are.

I am new to this and I have a few questions:
  1. Is there any software that automates this process? I have a feeling Ping Kaching might do it but I can't really tell from their site. I have contacted their support to see.
  2. Is it likely that all of this manual checking in Google (could be a few hundred searches) would get our IP blocked? If so, would it make sense to sign up for a proxy service? I found another thread on these which talked about www.yourprivateproxy.com | Dedicated Private Proxies but it was more for automated scrapers so I wasn't sure if I would need it for a manual process.
Thanks for any help you can give in advance.

Hi cadmo, thanks for the reply. I. This case the URLs are not my own so webmaster tools won't work in this case.

Also just updating in case people wondered. I heard back from ping kaching and it doesn't do this

We use backlinks indexer on our web 2.0 links, they seem to have the highest indexing rate out of all the 1st tier indexing services.

If you put 1-100 of those links on a single webpage & then point a few (1-5 links) high PR authority links at the URL list they'll get indexed faster than waiting a month... Swap out the links on the URL list page once indexed.

Hi guys thanks for those 2 suggestions, hmmm. One thing I'm struggling a bit with is how to make sure I'm not breaking any rules. That #1 Rated Backlink Indexing Service | Index Backlinks | Backlinks Indexing to Boost Your Rankings looks great, what is the feeling about whether something like this is within Google's guidelines? Is that not paying for links?

And yukon with your method, this seems like a cool idea but again are there questions here about whether it's black hat?

I think I need to do some more reading up on Google's guidelines.

Try Scrapebox. It can check 1000s of indexing in G,Bing within seconds but you need to use proxies for that. I just did an index checking of about 1700 URLs this morning using SB.

you can also do the site:http://www.yourwebsite.com in google. If it shows up, that means its indexed.

Hi guys I'm not talking about URLs on my own sites. I'm talking about all of the URLs produced by the link building work we are doing.

Scrapebox looks interesting, I've read that main page, I can't really work out how it would be used for seeing if URLs are indexed and then bookmarking them to help them get indexed. Is that what the software does? Seems like it does a lot of stuff.

Hello,

Scrapebox should definitely be used to check if the backlinks are indexed.
You just put your URL list and then click on Check Indexed button. Select Google and thats all.

You will need proxies to do it.

Hi mate thanks heaps for the reply. Is it something you can do in bulk? We will have hundreds, possibly thousands of links so I'm thinking if it's done one by one like this it's still going to be too much work.

Also with the proxies, how does that work? Do you pay for a proxy service? Or is there services included within scrapebox?

Thanks heaps

Hi mate I actually just did a bit of a test with Index Bear and found some proxies recommended on another thread here about Scrapebox and it looks like it works pretty well. I'm going to give backlinks indexer a test as well and work out the best way to go, thanks again.
