What is the shortest amount of time you have ever gotten a site ranked on page 1?

Hi,

Id just like to know from the warriors out there, what is the shortest amount of time it had taken for any of one of your sites you have ever created or had created for you to rank on the first page of google.

Im talking about low or medium competition keywords and niches.

And how quickly did this same site start making you some money, if any.

A few days is common. A few weeks is more common.

One day has happened before, but only in a few instances.

Most of my sites either make money or don't. The ones that make money start making money as soon as I get traffic to them. The ones that don't make money probably never will.

3 days but this depends on the keyword competition and other factors. Keywords that you can easily outrank in matter of days are mostly not productive.

No good thing comes easy!

1 Day but that is because of low comp, for a harder competitive keyword, about 1 month. Ranking is easy if you have the right tools and a bit of know how. But tools are with out a doubt the most important factor to make it easy and fast.

Interesting point about the ones being the most easy to rank for generally not worth ranking for.

A single day, using 200 social bookmarks on a exact match domain with low competition, it's not a surprising thing to happen either.

Hmmmm. Are keywords with high traffic, low competition, but with zero adwords value worth chasing at all?
