I recently bought scrapebox and im afraid to throw to many links at my money site because i dont want it getting sandboxed. If i have multiple web 2.0 properties that link to my site and are already indexed, then throw all my scrapebox blasts at those links, wont that make those sites get sandboxed also? Or do you only get sandboxed if you rank high on the serps? Im just trying to find the best approach to using scrapebox without getting my money site de indexed. Any help would be appreciated fellow warriors. |

Yes, if you throw 1000s of spammy links to a new site (less than 6 months old) that doesn't already have a diverse link profile it will dance like crazy sometimes for months, it's best to build a web 2.0 page on a PR7+ site then hit that page with your spam links and get the downhill effect, but yes don't send them to your money site. And to answer your question in the title of this thread "no" if the backlink gets deindexed, like many profile links often do, it will no longer count to your site, this is why it's important to only obtain high quality links from authority sites that stick for the long term otherwise you will be creating negative link velocity which looks very spammy to the SE's.

That is why I prefer putting the bulk of our linking into backing up backlinks. That way (according to some) you can really open up without risking money sites. That was why I started using that tactic last year when I first got into seo. I was scared to death I was going to drive my personal sites straight into the dreaded sandbox. Now that I know better than to believe in that nonsense I still like backlinking backlinks. Lots of juice pours in from them to say the least.

Your better off getting a few high PR authority backlinks instead of a full blast of low PR backlinks, the high PR links will cause less bounce in the SERPs.
