Can anyone recommend a complete course or WSO that goes step by step into how to do off-page SEO, including link wheels, article marketing, press releases, bookmarking, etc? Not just do this, do that but totally laid-out step-by-step.

You will not like my answer but the truth is you don't need to learn any special tricks.You already know that article marketing press release bookmarking can give you backlinks.So do them constantly,and index them through a indexing service or blog comments,Thats actually all there is.

Yes, I do understand that these things are all good to do. I would just like a basic course in how to do each one correctly. I basically understand them but want to make sure all things are done correctly.

The key is to get your links on pages with actual PR surrounded by your 100% unique relevant content, since these are the hardest links to find they're also the most powerful. Also building a diverse link profile with press releases, social bookmarks, blog comments doesn't hurt either.

Before you start building back links through different methods (you already mentioned it btw make sure to choose right keyword and correct URL, this is the thumb rules, rest you can keep continue the work for couple of month and result will be in front of you.
