Default What do you think about it?

I want to know that if I write an article about dog food and my title is how to make dog food but when I search this on the internet I saw many sites having this same title..so if my titles are also the same as their then will this be considered as duplicate title...to google's eyes

Not at all. I would suggest adding a little more to it in your title tag though, as this will help you stand out amongst the others. Plus, adding a little more personality that catches the eye can help out with better click through rates.

For example, instead of "How to Make Dog Food", try something like "How to Make Dog Food - 3 Incredible & Cost-Effective Ways to Make Food Your Dog Will Love". Still has your keyword phrase included, yet has some added depth that leaves the searcher to wonder what is behind that link, thus increasing the chances of more SE visitors clicking through to your site.

In terms of title not at all problem. But you should post unique content.
