Backlinks from new but keyword rich domains??

Hey,

I just want to know If I get backlinks from new but keyword rich domains will that work great?

For an example if I create a keyword rich domain and host a wordpress theme on it then get a backlink from this brand new website will this backlink give my moneypage great amount of link juice? Or I should use old keyword rich domains?

The keyword domain would not have any SEO or page rank and it would not have much affect on the money site. You would have to make a site and SEO it to have quality links.
