Asking for help in determining if the niche is OK to start with

I decided to organize my passive income as making custom websites for others fulltime is something I'm a little fed up with for 6+ years I examined a lot of information on this forum and tried to look for the long-tail keywords for my first Adsense site. Can you please say your opinion regarding the results of my research and if it is OK to start with something like that:

Sorry for the look of TT results, inserting of links and images is forbidden for me. Among competitors only site with 1st Rank has EMD. An EMD .org is available for my keyword as well.

So, does it worth to try? Appreciate your answers!

I'm assuming the backlink count is from Majestic SEO. Most experience backlinkers would say you can have #3 within 60 days.

Should be worth a go.

You can probably get to number 3 in about 2 weeks if you backlink properly. Don't let the large amount of links deter you. The page ranks on the links are low.

Just follow a solid backlinking plan and you should be fine. I usually have my sites on the 1st page in about a week and in the top 5 in less than 2 weeks. I believe you can too.

There are no EMD domains in Top 10 results. There are no available EMDs to register. But variations of 'my'+keyword or keyword+'info' in com/net/org are available for registration. Seems harder than the previous one but can be compensated by larger search volume if I can get to the first page. What do you think about this one?

I decided to start with only 2 websites and really want to have at least small success with it - that for sure will give me motivation to continue work in this area. I`ve already cancelled two domains - I was in a hurry to order them but then I noticed that one of them had too strong competitors, and another one was a company name which I mistakenly considered as a phrase due to my bad English... So I`m trying to do my best (with your help of course) not to fail this time with picking an appropriate keywords/domains to start with
