AWSTATS - Non-Existing Backlink From Wikipedia?

I have a mini-site that is almost 2 years old. AWSTATS says that Wikipedia is linking back to me:

But when i visited Wikipedia, i did not see any backlink. Why is AWSTATS making up things?

Maybe the site come up in a toolbar feature, or the new google related thing.
