Exact match for sub-pages. Whats best for seo?

hi all you lovely seo experts, quick question for you:

So if i want to rank for a keyword frase on a sub-page, lets say 'Rank a Keyword Fast' and the root domain is Rankakeyword. com, then for seo purposes and in order to get an exact match domain for the sub page, should the page be named Rankakeyword. com/Fast or should one go with Rankakeyword. com/rank-a-keyword-fast

whats better, or does it even matter?

I would go with that for sure.
