Sandboxed! Any suggestions?

Hello fellow warriors! I have a site where my main page is sitting on page one of Google for a few different keywords and is the #1 for my main keyword. All my inner pages "were" ranking very high either on page 1, 2, or 3. Any time I published a new post google would put it on page 2 within a day or so. However, I (stupidly) took an offer for a free SENuke campaign and pointed them to my inner pages. Now none of them are showing up at all. I mean all my pages were ranking high and now I can't find any one of them. Fortunately my home page is still on page one and is not being affected.

Any suggestions on how to get it out of the sandbox? Do I just wait it out? I know there has been some debate on whether the "sandbox" does exist and I can confirm it does. I know for a fact all my inner pages were ranking high and now none of them come up. I went all the way to page 50 of search results and nothing.
