What would you pay for this?

I recently registered a whole bunch of exact match domains with the objective of building an adsense/amazon mini empire, I spent a lot of time doing keyword research to find the real gems with lots of exact searches, good CPC and low competition, however I've changed tune and am only interested in selling my own products/services as I now have a team in place to be able to cope with the back office.

Now, I'm in the midst of deciding what to do with these emd's, I'm thinking of selling them, however I need to know if it's worth my time as I'm really busy with other business, i.e......I can't be bothered with a domain transfer for a $30, $40, sale etc.....would probably rather just let them expire.

Ok, so here goes, using one of my emd's as an example, what is the value of an exact match domain (.NET) that has 90,500 exact searches per month, $0.55 CPC, very low competition, non-trademarked term, and could be easily monetized with related adsense/amazon products?
