Default Help! Looking for some SEO advice on lost sites!

I have three domains (2 of which are over a year old) that I have been doing some fairly agressive link build campaigns with for about two months. I have been outsourcing mostly (fiverr, and the WF) trying to do a mixed linking. I have also been adding content (500 wd posts). The sites were bouncing around for a while in the SERPs - but have now disappeared completely it seems.
Is this normal? It seems kind of frustrating. They are low competition keywords. One site was hit by Panda I think.

One of them was a pretty good money maker. Any advice?

Thanks!
