Recommendations for adsense ready WP themes?

Am doing my head in trying to choose a Wordpress adsense ready theme for my recipe blog. Anyone got any ideas or any favourites? Ideally I want a free theme for the moment.

If you don't know a recipe theme (adsense ready) then any other suitable recommendation would be great.

I have been at it for hours and can't find one that is 'just right.' If you don't help me guys, my site will just look weird. The sites I have found look more suitable for electronics or similar. They don't look friendly enough. Do I sound crazy? Probably am and have lost sight of the wood because looking at too many trees. Aaaaaggggghhhhhh! HELP PLEASE!!

I'm using the Lightword Theme by Andrei Luca and it has and adsense support
