Is there a site/tool like scroogle scraper that will give you results for other countries?

Thanks Tashi but that's not what I meant, sorry. I want to get results for google's servers in .ca (specifically). The reason is I have a site which ranks on page 1 for its main keyword on google.ca but doesn't show up at all on google.com.
