Adsense showing on BLOCKED sites

Hi,

I am having a strange issue with Adsense. Whenever I login to adsense account, it says that

"Your ads have recently appeared on websites you haven't authorized. To avoid lost revenue, make sure to authorize any sites where you display ads by visiting your account settings."

These websites are following:

translate.googleusercontent.com
webcache.googleusercontent.com
www.google.ca
www.google.com.pk

What does it mean?

In my adsense account, I have defined a list of "white-listed" websites that show my adsense code.

Anyone knows whats going on, please help.

I am actually wondering why my adsense account says that ads are showing on mentioned sites!

As we know, www.google.com or www.google.ca etc. only shows search results not the website or webpages which has actual adsense code on them.

Any idea?
