Default Google adsense partners

I know adsense partners have a boat load of perks.
But can they add their ads to your page, along with yours?

I was propositioned by a huge site that is an adsense partner.
They want me to ad their ads to my site.

I said yes before I knew what they were talking about. They had
proposed money, of course.

When they sent me the code, it was clear it was an adsense partner
code. Part of the code went into the <head> and then I could put
another code where I wanted the ad block to show.

Question is, can adsense partners put their ads on another webpage,
and still have the person's ad code as well? They know I have adsense
and never mentioned removing mine.

There is no way I am removing mine in place of a smaller cut.
That's crazy. All I can think of is that more ad blocks may show on my
page, and I would get a cut from their block.

I have not tried implementing the code. I'm actually politely declining.

I wouldn't do it unless they paid me double (upfront) was I was making with Adsense per month, they have no idea what your site earns.

Tell them to buy a banner on your site, skip the partner code.

Might be testing your traffic/keywords?

Well, I'm thinking it might be an error, and they sent me the wrong
code or something. It was about advertising for money, but we
had not talked about terms. Sending me the code was part of me
seeing what it was like before discussing. An error on my part
as well, as they might assume I will deep six my adsense.

The thing is, I know these partners can laser choose keywords
for ads. Something I wish google would let us do. Meaning,
the ads would be super-targeted. Might get more clicks and
more money, even it was a split.

I don't see how you could track their Adsense CTR/$$ on your page. The best they could do is give you their word, we know how that would end up.

Are you ranking above them in the SERPs for keywords they are targeting?

The code the gave me was as follows, (stuff changed, of course)

<script type='text/javascript' src='http://partner.googleadservices.com/gampad/google_service.js'>
</script>
<script type='text/javascript'>
GS_googleAddAdSenseService("ca-pub-123456789");
GS_googleEnableAllServices();
</script>
<script type='text/javascript'>
GA_googleAddSlot("ca-123456789", "MYDOMAIN GOES HERE");
</script>
<script type='text/javascript'>
GA_googleFetchAds();
</script>

But yeah, I was wondering how honest they would be.

Thing is, this site is my best performing adsense site as far as
the bottom line goes.

The whole thing is very weird.

I have no idea about the partner code.

You could tell them you'll give them a trial run on a few pages on your site, that you pick. Let it run for a month or two & see what happens.

The pages you pick, let them have all the prime Ad slots & then you include a single Ad block from your own Adsense account at the bottom of the page, that way you can track page impressions & compare your numbers to their numbers, make sure they match.

Just an idea,

I wonder If there is a way for you to track their partner Ads inside Google Analytics?

Just an idea,
LOL! I was actually thinking of doing the opposite! I want the prime slots.
But your logic makes sense, at least for a trial.

I am waiting to here anything final from this guy and some clarifications.
