Heads Up about HTML5 & SEO

I was just now checking one of my keywords, one of the pages ranking below my page (page #1 in the SERPs) has a cool looking SERP description.

This guys SERP description is 4 lines of text.

I've never seen this before, so I started checking out his source code on his blog, he is running a bunch of HTML5 tags.

I'll be testing this on my WP site, looks like HTML5 does some cool stuff in the SERPs.

If you watched Google i/o 2011, most of the material was about HTML 5.

This SERP description is showing bullets for each line of text in the description.

Also shows the number of links as text (10+ items) for the Index page, between the SERP title & description.

Here is another site (not my keyword) that shows the same layout of the SERP description. This is all HTML5 creating that SERP description.
