Adsense Variation

So I am using the Heatmap theme through which people appear to be getting CTR rates as high as 5 to 10% but I've always had a CTR of less than 1% with every theme I've used including Heatmap.

The Variation

So I made a new website. After some SEO, it started getting good traffic. For the start, I got CTR above 2% but click prices were less for example 40 clicks gave me only $10. As time passed, the click prices increased ( not sure why probably because I started getting advertisers through Adsense ). Now I'm getting like $2 per click at an average since 2 days but the clicks have come down to about 16 or 17 for 2600 Page views giving me approximately $30 which makes CTR of almost 0.57%. I wanted to know why is there this kind of variation in adsense? Not sure if my site being new is a reason.

I've not yet enabled Section Targeting and also Image Ads are enabled.

Any experienced guesses?

Hi,

First of all I wouldn't put your website up here, because there will always be someone who likes to rain on your parade by clicking your ads loads of times and then your adsense account will be banned. Also if you tell people your CTR it can go against adsense TOS.

I am not sure why your CTR has dropped so dramatically. Did you change anything else? How long have you been getting the lower CTR? Sometimes things just do peak and trough, it seems to be the way things go.

I have a site that sometimes I get $1 days, sometimes I get $10 days, and I do not know why. No other changes, it is just the way it happens. I have never figured out why it does.

I also can't seem to guess it. Only problem is CTR because I can fairly get $3 off a single click.
