For a health niche site what should be strategy to get higher rankings?The content and backinks are unique and full of quality,still i am not getting higher ranking.Can any one suggest me something on this?

Health niche is competitive. You are going to need to wait several months, everyday adding more unique content.

Every seo person got some tough job at one time at least and if i need help then whats the wrong with it?

for a start, try to target a longer tail word...build links back to the long tail keyword first and slowly built up your main keyword..as you know this niche is tough and need some time to see result..

Health niche sites have a very high level of competition. You have to diversify your link building. Meaning, you have to get links from different sources in order to get good quality ones.
