Scenario: I Registered some domain names with my real name / info. I originally planned on using them as possible rental sites or flipping them. Since then, I've decided to build up a private blog network to help my own money sites and also work on getting some local clients. Does anyone know if turning on privacy after a domain is registered will work in this scenario? Or will Google have the ownership info cached? Instead of privacy, how about changing the registration ownership to someone else? |

Wow asked in august and no answer? I cannot believe that. Honestly I have been wondering the same thing about domain privacy. Know ye this: Domain privacy is not NOT going to keep Google from knowing who owns the site. Generate a new name, Your son, your wife, create an LLC whatever and transfer to that name.
