Hey Guys I have read allot of post of these subject and I was wondering if anyone with some sand boxing experience (only if you have gotten out) would be able to give additional tips on how to beat this monster? I have rewritten all the content so it's unique and added allot more of it. I have stop building spamy links with other peoples content and started to created and posting my own. (I know I'm a bad person) =( Now that I'm building Quality Links with the good old "White Hat" on now how long are we talking? I did about 3 Months "Gray Hat SEO", so would you say another 3 months plus to pull this site out? and yes I have learnt my lesson... Any help would be great thanks P.S I know my site is now ranking -900ish to what is was |

If you are ranking -900ish then it means your site is still showing up on Google. In that case, you are not sandboxed. You just got punished by Google for having duplicate content and spammy backlinks.... It is hard to predict how long it may take for your site to gain the rankings it lost... It has nothing to do with the 3 months u spent doing black/gray hat... Treat this point as a starting point now and keep building with proper SEO techniques/white had methods and you will gain rankings... How fast you come up depends on how much work you are putting in and what's your competition like... TIP: Grey Hat is not always bad... you just have to be smart about using it and know exactly how to go about it and which techniques to use and to what extent... Just think about your "footprints"... how much and when you are leaving them behind... |

it's sarcasm, just like saying "that's just peachy". It's instead of saying my site is penalized and my life is over, I hate Google and IM is to hard? =)

If you hate Google and IM is too hard you might be in the wrong buisness. I'm sure you are just annoyed and with good reason. Just keep working the correct way and learning from your lessons and you will be ranking in no time.
