I see paid services such as Backlink Energizer which can get backlinks indexed. How do these type of services compare to creating an RSS feed out of the URL's and submitting the feed to RSS directories. Is the success rate much higher? I imagine there must be some difference or people wouldn't sign up to these services. |

Yes Backlink Energizer will have a higher rate of indexing than RSS feed submissions. My advice though, don't waste of a ton of time trying to force the indexation of crappy links. Sure it may help, but spend that time and resources towards getting SOLID backlinks that actually will influence your rankings. |
