All in one SEO plugin update

It says there is an update for the All in one SEO plugin. I was wondering, if I update will it delete all the settings such as the meta descriptions, keywords, etc..?

Because I don't have a backup of this info offline, so id need to copy and paste it beforehand if they get removed.

You will not lose your data in when you update the plugin, no need to back it up.

There would be a riot if it just deleted everyones data during update without a very very clear warning
