Best Free WP newsletter plugin

I`m quite new at Wordpress, can any suggest a good (free hopefully) newsletter plug in for it?!

Log into your WordPress admin area, go to Plugins, and click on 'Add New'. You'll see a page with a little search form. Just type 'newsletter' in there and search. You will see a number of results. Check the rating of the plugin (anything with 4+ stars is good), read the description to see if it does what you want and install.

You didn't specify much of what you are looking for, so I can't be any more specific. But there are quite a few good and free WordPress plugins for handling your newsletters.
