Here is a cool trick I know how to find them, it is called syntax and foot prints.

in google search box the following:

inurl:.edu && inurl:"YourKeyword"
inurl:.gov && inurl:"YourKeyword"

domain:.edu && inurl:"YourKeyword"
domain:.gov && inurl:"YourKeyword"

cheers...

yeah.. i also do this trick and it works.. but it is a waste of time

why dont you outsource it

Google has not been very keen on edu. gov links lately.

Just a word of warning before you get too many of them on your site.

Just some research that was done earlier in the year and it states that Google do not value edu. gov. links as they did before. (if I find the link I would post here for you).

Personally, I used a few fiverr.com services for this kind of backlinks in the past and had not much of luck in regards to Google rankings.
