Default Awstats click throught report Vs Networks

I don't know if it's on my end or what but my awstats show way more clicks on my aff redirect links then my cpa network & cb.

Is this normal?

AwStats are totally inaccurate for stuff like that. Stick with Google Anaytics or a higher level tracking script.
