Question for Adwords Experts

I am running some campaigns for a few clients and I am noticing that no matter what keywords I type, there is almost ALWAYS 1 site in particular that shows up "1st" (at the top of the PPC ads) without fail. My question is, how on earth is this happening? Do you think they are just using "Automatic Bidding" and if so, does that mean he has the option "Use my conversion tracking data and bids to optimize for conversions" selected? What about the option below that, "Focus on Conversions...." is that selected also?

Or is this person simply running a Campaign with MANUAL bidding? and simply placing there max bid on each keyword at something OUTRAGEOUS each time?

Please let me know!

They're probably just out-bidding everyone manually. Does the site look like a manufacturer website? Generally manufacturers have way more margin to play with than retailers do.

They could be using any number of software applications to see what their competition is bidding on and simply outbid them.

The key would be to find for example, 5 or so keywords that would get your client the same amount of clicks/traffic BUT with less or little competition.

If you stay on top of Adwords there should, generally speaking, always be a sufficient amount of alternate low competition keywords that could achieve the same or similar results, often with less cost.
It's all about money and competition with Adwords and how you use and measure both. It's a tough thing to do when the game changes some times hourly!

i want to ask something about SEO is that if i remove or delete any post into my blog or web site in that condition is any searching engine reduce my ranking... or damage my site reputation

Short answer: No

If that page or post has a PR rank then it "might" but that depends if it ranks and your personal preference really.

i just listen from someone that you cant remove permalink of your blog or site even it had published wrong, you can changeable but if you does then google reduce your domain PR..

but i really thankfull to you..

I suspect a combination of aggressive manual bidding and good account standing (quality score). Probably just a well optimised AdWords account :-)
