Who's familiar with FastAttack SEO??

If any one if familiar with fastattack SEO I was looking for some clarification in Phase 5 - C, Step 2. Just not sure if we are supposed to submit spun article to our site and then to socal bookmarks or if we just submit it to social bookmarks....

Any feedback will be welcomed here !!!

I asked Craig this same question. I remember it was worded a little strange. He said never ever put the spun article on your site, the spun article is for the syndication websites (AMR). He got right back with me when I e-mailed him.

I've used FastAttack SEO, it is a great product and worth many times the price.
