In April, 2011, a customer's organic rankings, which were once very good, were almost completely lost on all keywords. This is having a strong impact on the affiliate program that he sold for me. This is clearly a penalty situation. Some people have told me that most penalties are for 6 months. Is this accurate? How can I determine what caused this problem? Is it possible to talk to Google? |

Impossible to say what happened without knowing more information such as being able to see the website, how backlinks were being created and all that.
