Should we repeat a very long tail keyword in its exact form, in a micro niche article?

Suppose we have a 5 word long keyword and we are totally focusing on that long tail keyword. Do you think that we should repeat it in its exact form like [KW1 KW2 KW3 KW4 KW5] or do you think that google will penalize this.

Repeat it as many times as is practical without taking away from your content. No one wants to read the same thing over and over, but if done with a little imagination there will be no harm. You will be using the keywords in yout title tags, backlinks, and so on. I have pages where I only use my keyword a couple times and rank page one. I also do a lot of offpage SEO.
