What is the best SEO Routine. Which works

I want to know, What is the best routine of off page SEO. My daily routein is
1. 15 social media
2. 30 directories
3. 5 forum or 5 classifieds
4. 3 to 5 blog comment
The problem is my site Pr is increasing from page 14 it can go down but not increase.
I am worried about what is the reason behind.
Can someone tell me about the problem. The other thing is that can we submit one article on 5 to 10 article site at the same day. Weather it is good technique or not.

Maybe you are misleaded. You are talking about PR but you listed page 14 and going down.

PR and SERP is two different term.
Might be that you are the one spamming.
For better answers - fix your sentence and what you are really asking - as the first reply said - don't bluff.

I would suggest that all of the techniques you mentioned just simply don't work anymore, at all. Try posting quality content on your site, or look for a different way to get traffic.

Yes they are old methods but they are not outdated. I just did a blog comment a couple weeks ago and it showed up as a backlink and my pages have ranked higher as well. It would be hard to tell exactly what is going on unless we could analyze the site more.

I still find that my best backlinks come from Ezine articles and Forums

There is a actually no such thing as best SEO method in the industry. This is because when you ask around 5 experienced SEO for the best method they can think of, you would probably may get 5 different best methods of their own.

Every SEO method works - what makes it more efficient it just how we do it. When we do some SEO work, even though how perfect it is, if we do not know how to do it properly, then it's just a waste of time.

Same goes to some simple old techniques - they may be old but yes - they are not outdated. They still work. You just have to learn how to do it properly and effectively for your website.

First let me explain that I personally am embarrassed by anyone that would call your question a spam question. It sounds that what is to one person as an old method might be old to another, but very useful at the time. I would like to say that the methods that you are using are good things to be doing to help in your SEO efforts. I have used them all. The only thing that I would point out that has become and is a most realiable as anything you can do to get good SEO rankings is content. This of course has been said many times online and needs to constantly be repeated. Content is King.Develop yourself a wordpress blog and post to it regularly and also make lots of pages and link those up. It always amazes me that the ones that call themselves Gurus are the ones that slam or don't want to help others. I have been online for 12 plus years and I still appreciate questions like the one you presented. Just keep working. Remember Content is King still with Google. Write lots and lots of articles and be sure they get posted to the search engines and directories. Sights go in and out of the first pages of Google regularly. However, if you see your site dropping down further and further then you need to be alarmed. However, if you see your site up on the first page and one day it is gone then wait for it to come back up. Now your articles you write need to be keyword written. If you are writing about How to catch a fish? But there is an article written about bowling then Google wont like that at all. Also naturally keywords related to your article with long tail words of fish will impress the Google spiders and help you. But it does take work and consistent efforts. You should call it "Daily Backlink Building routine", because these work focus on link building, it's offpage optimization. Maybe you also should pay some attention to the onpage optimization like content building and mata tag.
