Use the link wheel is good or not good in September?

I'm new comer and SEO beginer. At the moment I'm not sure about whether use the link wheel or not. Could you explain to me about this problem?

i read somewhere ( i hope that i can give you the link) that linkwheel is not good anymore after Panda 2.0 update.
But again, that's just like usual, a rumor.
i myself never tried that linkwheel thing, i just use normal link building technique

tip: just do it and see for yourself.
once you learn how to do it, gain more knowledge and stuff, youll then understand why it works for others and not for some.

try it out yourself and track the results...try to spin the content but make sure it is readable to human

Try it out for yourself with only original unique articles, don't spin the articles, you will never see results. At least use articles with more than 500 words each.
