What is your #1 issue running your SEO company? Here are a few to get you thinking about specific issue. I would make more money or be more successful running my SEO business if I could... Keep a client as a client. Handle more SEO clients. Get more clients. Get higher paying clients. Converting websites leads. Pitching SEO services. or your idea... |

BTW.. I don't have trouble getting or selling a client. My issue involves patience. People today think they can launch a new website and outrank every competitor by tomorrow while spending $2,500. Serious disconnect regardless of what I say or tell them.

One of the main issues you may face are clients with really crappy websites, that have no hope in the world in ranking well and expect miracles. This sometimes happens because companies and small businesses pay 5-10K for a website, which actually sucks, and they are not willing to accept that their 5-10k website is no good and needs to be completely redone. |

True. I have that problem. But what about your existing clients? Pay more? Refer more business? Be more patient? What would make you more successful overall? |

I have never had an issue with any clients being impatient, as I usually achieve their rankings pretty fast, within a few days typically, however, you can change that and get a result even faster by putting them in to google places, however, that can also take time as sometimes you need to wait for a post card with a code to verify business location and that can be a real Pain In The A#$. Here is a small tip for you to get more High Paying clients... Open up your local phonebook (yes they still exist ) and, look for businesses in really competitive niches that pay a lot for ads in the phonebook, full page ads etc...They usually have really high advertising budgets and coughing up 2.5k for a well SEO'd campaign that will get them a lot of work is usually a small sacrifice for them to make. |
