How to target highly specific traffic?

Hi warrior,
So tell what you would do to target highly specific keywords. I have a website with more then 900 pages indexed in google. And with 60000 visitors every month.
I have alot of my keywords at the first page of google.
But know i want a develop a strategy to increase the volume of targeted traffic. I am not taking about alot of backlinks or you can say quantity. I am here taking about quality.

And one more thing spending money on PPC campaigns, google adwords, adn backlinking is not my answer. I want something new and unique.

So can any body help me here.

man alot pages are at the first page of google nearly 120 and most of my pages are dynamic.
And up gradation of web content is happening all the time.

this domian belongs to my father. And it is medical website which deals in medical tourism.
So i want the traffic on that site which would helpful to my business.

I have interviewed 60+ SEO experts with a lot of good feedbacks at odesk, and all of them disappointed expect one or two.
But before implementing there strategy i also want to make sure that they are not doing any thing wrong.

Spy on competitors will help you to make some thing different to implement in your link campaign or something else

if you have many of your keywords on first page..then you focus on those that are not on the first page..for those which are on first page but not on #1, then carry on to build backlinks so that you can reach #1

Write blogs and articles with unique and meaningful information. Use social media for promote your blog and get reviews from the visitor , make conversation with them. So this way you can make your visitor engage to respond you and by providing new information you can get many unique visitors.

First of all, you need more keywords targeted content that actually had traffic, that's you need to go back to the drawing board and do your keyword research, or outsource it to some of the Warriors here who had such service.

My strategy to increase traffic is direct and simple - use a lot of theme relevant long tail keywords. Before you can drill into getting more long tail keywords, I suggest you brain storm or visit related forums to find them, then use keyword expand tool like Keyword Sniper Pro to expand long tail keywords list, then filter them through Market Samurai and get those keywords with traffic.

Many of these long tail keywords would involve adding more content to your site, some keyword might be ranking naturally even without any backlinks!
