Impressions on single keyword only

Hi,
I have my adword account created 1 yr back.
I have paused my old campaigns & started new campaigns about 10 days back.
I have 5 ad groups & 153 keywords . Some keywords are having low search volume.My ads are geo targeted.Quality score is 3-4.exact match keyword option
I am getting impressions only for single keywords daily above 100 or so.
I have increased my daily budget but still the situation is same.
Please throw some light.
What can be the reason for this?
