I run an online tutorial on Visual Basic and it consistently ranks top 5 in Google when the user search for Visual Basic. It ranks No 1 when the user search for Visual Basic tutorial. My sub pages VB2008 and VBA tutorial also rank top in their respective niche. My average daily page impressions is about 22,000 and monthly pageview of about 700,000, and number of unique visitors about 94,000. These are awesome statistics, however I don't make that much. On good day I can make about $50 and on bad day about $28.

Another advice is don't just depend on Google Adsense, you should market other products. I am selling e-books on my website(written by myself) and sometime the income is more than AdSense.

I hope my experience can help you to make more out of AdSense

I'm not sure, if it's still a good idea to build sites solely for Adsense. I prefer building lists in differnt niches and selling affiliate products. the income potential is much higher with the same amount of time invested - and you can still add adsense ads to certain pages (not to your money pages).

With that many visitors a month I would expect more adsense. Are your ads blending with your site and are they placed well? Sometimes moving the position of an adsense ad can double your earnings. Also I have learned that making it flow with your site is better than making them stand out

A lot of people make thousands with adsense. It depends on how much visitors you can get. More visitors = more clicks, common sense.

Yer maybe I should be making more, but I think that's ok..becuase I do not concentrate on adsense! Its all about multiple income streams..adsense is great though, never knocking it

It's a simple question - This is the Adsense SubForum... I make over $400/month with Adsense... And those sites are sites I no longer use for legal leads... So I put Adsense on them!!

I am not making $400 per month with adsense but its very much possible If I would give more time to my sites specially for posting regular fresh contents and building backlinks.

This basically sums it up.

Don't rely on just ONE site to make you money. Build a whole army of sites. And keep scaling it up from there. Once you are making enough, outsource it; this will enable you to work on more and more sites; which will make you more and more money.

I been doing this awhile have made many mistakes and learned many things. Adsense is great, first is get quality content, unique. Integrate your site with twitter and facebook and take the time to get targeted people do not just buy fans or followers get targeted people. You will see your earnings soar.

Bulid the site, increase the traffic (with SEO or marketing or both of them), and then you can get income from adsense
