Ok, is that 6600 monthly broad or exact searches?

To be conservative, if you rank #1 and have an attactive title that make people really want to click and see what you got on your site, you could fetch anywhere between 3000-4000 visitors a month ranking at #1 position just from that 1 keyword, but there is a good chance you will rank for some other related terms and get even more visitors to your site from those other terms as well. The only way you will know, is to build a site, put it there and see how it does |

66k exact monthly searches is great. If you do not compete for the keyword you will likely get zero traffic. Remember, you have to compete for the keyword to rank for the keyword. Potential traffic is just that, potential. A common mistake is to not research the competition for the keywords. Number of searches is irrelevant in and of itself, it is part of a much larger picture.
