traffic statistics shows you are getting right traffic as you are ranking on 7th position but may be as far as sales are concerned people trust more on amazon and walmart.instead redirected from your site to amazon they might go directly to amazon and make purchase there.

about 840 visitors to your site per month from google
28 visitors to your site per day...
sale = 0.3% = 8.4% of chance of sale per day.
Not much is it...
I suggest you get to first ranking google
