1 cent for every click is too low and those networks will not show your advertisement. Depending on your target market for facebook will determine how much you need to bid. And Adsense costs will vary depending on what keywords you are bidding on.

if you want to just test some stuff out, try to pay as least as possible and gather your results from that traffic data. page views..conversions, sign ups ect..

The best way to get traffic is organically! maybe you should look into that if you have a small budget.. it just takes allot more time and work, but will pay off in the end.

hi there

okay, some straight facts to put you out of your dilemma.

1. with adwords its impossible to get 0.01 now. period.
2. adwords do not allow LP to be a squeeze page or asking for email subs, unless you have other content on it.
3. facebook is possible to get 0.01 cpc BUT it depends if you know what you are doing.

with adwords its very strict on your LP, so u need to have a clean high quality LP to be approved.
