Backlinking Question

Ok, so I have seen great results blasting items like videos or articles with back links, and having the money site get the juice, without the money site being blasted and slapped.

So, I was wondering. Could I blast an MLM user page, and get that page to rank without being

A. Slapped By Google
B. Getting kicked out of the MLM

Example "Stupid MLM of the Week" has a site that is already well established. They give their MLMers a page on that site "StupidMLMoftheWeek.com/John-Smith.

If I blast the John Smith page with lots of back links from fiverr or drummer, etc. Would that be helpful, or cause more problems than it's worth?

A little trick : do blast in a periodic schedule, i mean, its better 100 links blast per day for 30 day, than 3000 links in a single day
