Link from LiveJournal & LastFm

Are the backlinks from LiveJournal & LastFM still worth even though those are NOFOLLOW and as per Matt Cutts Google never follows nofollow links and it does not do anything in terms of improvement in SERP. What do you guys say?

No follow links may not pass link juice, but they do seem to have helped my rankings.

Yes..No follow Links Have Always a Value.

No follow means -->> Now The Link Dependent on Google. it is Always Not true that google not go to that page link which is No follow..This All Are Depend on to he Google.
