outsourcing the Blog Commenting job, Suggustion needed?

I want to outsource my blog commenting,
And the comments should be you know dofollow, auto approved and and less then 10 comments with outbound links.

No tell me if i hire a person on hourly basis what should be my expectation. You as long as i am concerned, some times i found more then 20 blog meeting the critaria mentioned above and some times i didn't find a single blog in 10 hours. But i am not an expert blog commenter.
So give me a suggestion that if i hire an expert blog commenter, what should i expect

I haven't hired a blog commenter by the hour before. Why don't you consider paying them by how many comments they do instead of how long they do it.

with your spec it looks expensive to hire...i suggest you try it out yourself first...go for your niche blog and leave a comment..test it out yourself first would be good

yes. even an expert will feel hard to find this type of high specification. I suggest you to find a good person who had nice portfolio in this.

Sometimes it takes time too find relevant blogs with high pr and do follow link. You should not only go for do follow links, you should go for both kind of links because do follow blogs are really hard to find.

It is a tough task as searching blogs takes a lot of time so on hourly basis you will not get that output which you are expecting.
do on number of links basis give your criteria and number of links you want.post that on freelancer and elance.com
you will get a lot of people bidding.

I would suggest to hire a blog commenter a for monthly service and provide/give a daily quota in which the staff should follow.

If they're a real expert the first thing they'd advise is to include both dofollow and nofollow. It looks more organic that way. They'd also advise against autoapprove blogs since most of those are low quality and linking to them will not be good for your rankings.

Why do you just want auto approved blogs, they will in general always have many comments for each page (which also will make the page less related to your nice), and if the page where you comment have little comments when you post, you can in 90 percent be sure, 2 weeks from then, the page will be flooded with other comments.

One quality comment on a page with low outgoing links, related to your selected keywords, will be worth ten times more than a back-link from a crappy page (unrelated and with to many outgoing links).

What the company that i work for offers is that a client pays for the pr on the page that we are placing the comment (high quality comments). The client pays for a fixed amount of pr points/price and we continue to write and post until we reached that amount.

We will find pages in a client's niche. I am in charge for the blog commenting department and I have during the last 3-4 years complied a list with thousands of different domains 'dofollow' blogs, a lot of hours

you already have the facts, yet you fail to come to the conclusion;

--> your expectations are the problem!

first make the conclusion that finding good blogs, just to start with is already very hard, so because of that you should loosen up your requirements, especially those that are counter productive; auto approved = 99% crappy blogs
