Just to clarify, I am fairly new to IM and only recently been approved for adsense. Question is: I have added my publisher I.D to a couple of my sites but I do not see any ads just blank spaces, is there something I should have done in my adsense account. Thanks |

Just be a little more patient because your ads will be appearing soon. Don't worry, when I first put ads on my first site I was just as anxious. |

Usually it takes around 10 minutes to appear. Perhaps maybe you try installing the code directly given from Adsense?

You cannot toss your code in and expect ads to show. That does not fly anymore. I have not seen it work in months, maybe there's a rare exception out there. You MUST login to your adsense, create the ads, copy the code, and place it where you want it. I think google did this as a safeguard for many reasons. If you do a search of this forum, newbies seem to have this question frequently. I am of the old school. I code myself. I cannot fathom how people today buy a domain, install wordpress (or get someone to), add a theme, and expect things to be automatic. But I'm beginning to wonder if that's not the root of many people's problems. Buy a domain, install wordpress, without actually learning much. It's just too easy. Case in point: The link in your sig. I don't know what's up with that. It goes nowhere. If you really mean gamblersinsight.com, and your other sites are gambling, you won't see any ads anyway. Paul |
