help wanted in hiring a blog commenter

Hi i am willing to hire a blog commenter, for approximately 10 comments/week.
I also manged criteria like
the comment should be dofollow. niche related. and <10 out bound links. And also a good comment.

Now the problem is that where to hire a blog commenter who capable of doing all these things.
Can anybody help me.
And how much it would cost me.

What niche is it?

My company have English native speakers to write quality content (The higher PR on the page, the longer the comment will be), we use different blogs for each client (in order to find related pages). We already have a blog list of thousands of 'dofollow' blogs, complied for the last 3-4 years.

Easy categories:
Health, Travel, Home/Decor, Cars/Automotive, Business/finance/Marketing, SEO, Web-design/computer, Fashion, Education.
