Default Adsense account disabled out of nowhere

Just read about another alternative to AdSense-- Ad Dynamo.

Ad Dynamo pays 50% of ad revenue to its publishers on a monthly basis after reaching a $20 minimum.

I personally don't have any experience with Ad Dynamo.

Here's the link in case you are interested.

Pay Per Click Advertising | Contextual Advertising | Ad Dynamo

Default Re: Banned by AdSense? Try Ad Dynamo

Hi,

I have adsense on my Wongaforum.com, i was having trouble with adsense finding my ads after the first post on topics, any way after abit of research i found the ads after the first post was showing clicks but not earning anything and not displaying page counts. So i have joined adddynamo today, they are showing the page counts, also i have had so far just 1 click which paid out £0.41 which i find is reasonable. I found this forum by searching for ad dynamo on google and to be honest it looks a good forum i might stick around and contribute.

Nice to see the input from above posters!!

Default Adsense account disabled out of nowhere

Never had any problems. Ever. Made payout 4 times already, and had 60 bucks in earnings before they did this.

I go to login and it says my account was disabled due to invalid click activity which is not true. I have had 2 clicks today, like 3 clicks yesterday, so on and so on.

Made anywhere from 1 dollar per day to 4 pennies per day. With the occasional 3-6 dollars on a good day before Yahoo answers killed my traffic by removing my best answers for "self promotion" which they could not prove that either by the way. lol

So I just checked my statcounter and I've only had 2 ad clicks, so I don't know how the hell they claim invalid clicks... wtf

Oh well, more room to promote CPA I suppose.. That just kinda sucks.

If the same person (from the same ip) clicked on your ads multiple times it would raise red flags. If you click the ad from the same ip that you log into adsense with I'm sure they track that also. You can ask them to review the issue.

Did they give you any other information about the "invalid click activity"?

Nothing to see here folks.....move along.

No, I never click my own ads. And they did not give me any other info. Here is their email:

Quote:
Hello,

After reviewing our records, we've determined that your AdSense account
poses a risk of generating invalid activity. Because we have a
responsibility to protect our AdWords advertisers from inflated costs due
to invalid activity, we've found it necessary to disable your AdSense
account. Your outstanding balance and Google's share of the revenue will
both be fully refunded back to the affected advertisers.

Please understand that we need to take such steps to maintain the
effectiveness of Google's advertising system, particularly the
advertiser-publisher relationship. We understand the inconvenience that
this may cause you, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and
cooperation.

If you have any questions or concerns about the actions we've taken, how
you can appeal this decision, or invalid activity in general, you can find
more information by visiting
Disabled Account FAQ - AdSense Help.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team
What a joke.. I've never had any invalid clicks. This pisses me off.

I've already submit my appeal but we all know that isn't going to do any good. Once Google decides you're the 'bad guy' you're screwed.

Thats a shame, I hope your appeal goes well. I myself am moving away from depending on Google for all my income. I think it is always wise to spread things around, and I have not done a great job of that in the past, but i am certainly moving in that direction.

Good luck

Probably the layout of your site, i am pretty sure they disable adsense accounts preemptively if there is reason to SUSPECT low conversions and misleading clicks.

Sorry to hear that.

Adsense is a beast. All someone needs to do is send dodgy traffic to your site and your account is closed. It could be a competitor who did this, maybe not likely, but definatly a possibility.

Even if you swear you don't have invalid clicks. Since nobody but google can
actually know...

I like that term. Misleading clicks. I think that's a perfect way to put it.

Yeah, I just updated my site to replace the adsense spots with CPA offers, and I must say it looks a hell of a lot more professional than the adsense did... LOL!

It doesn`t say there were invalid clicks, it says the site poses the risk of generating invalid activity. That sounds to me like the ads were arranged in a way that people would click by accident without realizing they were ads.

Probably based on a manual review.

Oh. I thought that was the whole purpose of them allowing you to design your ads to match the background & all that?

They suspend me instead of changing their layout? wtf kind of service is that... LOL

Oh well, I've already made 5 bux from an adult offer that I was unable to run alongside adsense. So screw google, I don't care. Its messed up that they also ruined my hubpages ad program too though. I lost 100 dollars thanks to their screwed up policy.. 60 in adsense and 40 something in hubpages.

But its cool. Everything happens for a reason. I will learn from this. I certainly have already in just that short amount of time.

Default AdSense Alternative

So recently, I just got disabled on AdSense and I would like to know any reliable alternatives. I really love running my blogs, but the incentive of getting paid works really well for me. Thank you! I'm not sure if this is the right section, but if not, please move it.

Are you serious? Banned 4 times?

Shouldn't that be a hint you're doing something against the Adsense TOS?

I use adsense & addynamo on my forum, most of the time the average click with addynamo is about 10p thats why i was amazed the other day to see a click for £1.25, people say addynamo doesn't have many advertisers, but i can tell you that they are getting more by the day, i have noticed a huge rise with different advertisers on my forum since they opened their UK office in August this year. I like addynamo and will continue to use them on my forum, they are definately worth giving a go.

Default Your Adsense Has Been Disabled? Get It Back ((advice))

I was reading here today how Google has disabled so many people's accounts and it irks me that they were big money balling a few years back when everyone was doing Google arbitrage, they knew what was going on. They are all high and mighty now (like republicans -)

Here is what you have to do if you REALLY want ADSENSE on your sites:
- Open a corporation
- Set-up a blogspot blog with at least 7 days worth of entries (the more the better)
- Get a gmail account
- Apply for adsense again under new gmail name
- Open a bank account for the corporation
- Have the funds direct deposited to the corp. account.

This of course is if you feel it will be worth the hassle. In some instances it may not be worth it for you.

That generic canned response doesn't make much since.

I know from experience watching my brothers Adsense account + Youtube CTR that Adsense will withdraw the money that shows in your daily Adsense account "Estimated Earnings", If they think something is wrong.

Heck, I've seen his account have $30+ refunded in less than a day, from some ahole click bombing on Youtube/Adsense Ads.

I realize Youtube is a Google owned site so maybe that's why they don't delete Adsense accounts when the refunded clicks happen on Youtube, unlike our websites?

Groups of people hate adsense and feel that they have been done wrong.

Then there is another group who build hundreds of sites that reported to have had meetings with adsense reps where they offer advice.

Don't know which group I believe. All I know is that when I do competition analysis I see a bunch of pathetic adsense sites that have links pretending to be navigation menus and stuff like that.

Hate seeing these posts. Makes me paranoid lol.

Some of my sites got hit with Panda in August. Since traffic totally reduced, but now noticed that any clicks I get on any of my sites all get refunded, only pennies to few dollars per site. All of September gone. All sites different layouts, different ad types, original content, mainly blue ad links but on some sites match site color. October clicks now being refunded, seems to be after 7 days so looks like a manual intervention. The only thing that all sites have is amazon links on them. Not had any contact from google. May just take adsense off untill I can sort out what is happening. Strange that it happened right after being pandered.
