I agree with "outwest" its not necessary to submit URL. The major search engines crawlers it atomically.

You have to let it down on search spiders to crawl your site.You have to just do some social bookmarking instead of submit your site in Search Engines.Bookmarking will help you even if you update something on your site.SES will not helpful at that time.

help in indexing it.
