For SEO, whats better: HTML5, Flash, or AJAX?

I am setting up a lead generation website. It is going to have a function to capture visitors information without having to go to new pages, so I need to have a programmer set it up for me. I want to create a SEO friendly site so I wanted to ask which I should have my programmers use: HTML5, Flash, AJAX? Which does Google like or prefer?
